More about myself
Behzad Meskini graduated in two bachelor’s degrees, with depth knowledge in AEC and Manufacturing industry. He has more than 20 years’ experience in Digital Delivery and CAD&CAM Systems. Research is part of his life and nature. Concrete background in Structure discipline is another aspect of his knowledge. He is spending most of his free time to study about BIM Process, Civil Eng, Electrical Eng, Sustainable Design, Architecture, HVAC Eng, Plumbing and many other categories that are interesting for him. Currently, he is performing BIM Head role in Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart, Stewart, Pte Ltd.
Defining BIM and Technology vision, Implementing VDC, ICE, AR and VR, reality capturing, and authoring road-map for implementing BIM are some of his main KPI factors.
Digital Delivery Background
Behzad is dedicated to good design and BIM, which must be consistently carried through from inception to completion, in all aspects of design development, construction detailing, and execution on site.
He has completed project delivery in BIM with regards to numerous building types ranging from residential, industrial and institutional, Mix, Communities, projects to large scale office and retail developments in both Singapore and overseas.
He is a leader in BIM communities and sharing his thoughts across the globe in a different conference, like BiLT and AU, Autodesk.
Behzad was thirteen when he starts his journey with 3d Modeling software. Around 21 years ago with AutoCAD R13.1 and after six months, 3ds Max R2.
Fourteen years ago, he started his journey in Building Information Modeling with Revit R9.
Skills and Certification
Practice, Practice, and Practice, is his way of achieving skills and knowledge.
In December 2015 in Dubai, Behzad had six exams to be certified as an Autodesk Professional User. He passed all exams with a high score in the 3-day afternoon in Omnix International Group office.
Also, in April 2016 he was in India for Dassault System Certificates. He has passed seven exams for Solidworks in Bacon Company and 3 Exams for Catia in Pioneer Design Group just in 3 days.

Member of Iranian Elite Foundation Group and competitor in the World Skills Competition 2005 Finland. In his vision nothing is impossible, and everybody needs to try and practice more and more. He spends more than 10 hours every day in the past 16 years for learning and teaching.
Behzad is the only person in the world who has more than 14 professional Certificates for work with Autodesk and Dassault system software’s. He was Speaker in AU ASEAN 2016, AU Australia 2017 and BiLT Asia 2017, 2018, BiLT ANZ 2018.
